Championships: 1 (1982)
Road To Championship Saturday
Quarterfinals: Beat Owasso 3-0
Semifinals: Beat Yukon 4-1
Notable
Mustang is looking for their first title since the early 80’s. However, they’re in a new position all together. This is their first appearance in the state tournament since 2001. They made the most of it with their two wins. Now they look to finish off the improbable run with a state title.
Westmoore Jaguars
Record: (27-10)
Championships: 1 (1994)
Road To Championship Saturday
Quarterfinals: Beat Deer Creek 4-2
Semifinals: Beat Broken Arrow 8-2
Notable
Westmoore was nearly eliminated on day one of the playoffs. They opened up regionals with a loss against Lawton. That put the Jaguars in a must win situation and they would need to win four straight wins just to get to state. They avenged their loss to Lawton and then beat Edmond Santa Fe twice by a combined two runs.
